Hahnsol Kim

Violinist Hahnsol Kim is the prizewinner of numerous international competitions including Osaka International Music Competition, International Violin Competition Sion Valais,Gisborne International Music Competition, and Salieri Zinetti International Chamber Music Competition. Celebrated by the Boston Herald for his performance of the Sibelius Violin Concerto in Boston, Mr. Kim made his debut in the Alice Tully Hall with the Juilliard Orchestra in May 2014 after winning the Juilliard Concerto Competition. Mr. Kim currently serves as a faculty member at the Nyack College and the Long Island Conservatory of Music. He is also the founder and the director of the Hahnsol Music Program where he cultivates gifted students with dedicated lessons, lectures, and instrument loans with scholarship. Born in New York, Violinist Hahnsol Kim graduated from the Yewon School and the Seoul Arts High School in South Korea where he studied with Ms. Hyunmi Kim. He returned to New York and earned the Bachelor and Master of Music at the Juilliard School.
